Skullcap is one of nature’s finest nervines, a superb nourisher of the brain and nervous system. It is pain relieving, antidepressant and mildly sedating and helps focus and concentration. As a tonic it is wonderfully renewing the central nervous system.
Typical dosage: 1 teaspoon/dropper 2-3 times daily under tongue or in water; children under 12, 1/2 dosage.
